Emily is a Physiotherapist by background and has worked for Corporé for 15 years as both a Case Manager and Clinical Manager. She is currently the Clinical Quality Manager for both Corporé and The Treatment Network. Emily is responsible for the clinical quality of services across both businesses and oversees the delivery of case management services internally and the clinical management of the expert supplier network externally. Emily is passionate about strong clinical reasoning and evidencing the value of our input with injured parties.

“Is TOMs a useful tool within case management services? – a research study”


Corpore has conducted a trial of using the Therapy Outcome Measures (TOMs) tool over a two year period. While used in a number of therapy settings across the UK its use within case management specifically had not been considered. This presentation will cover the development, implementation and results of the study and Corpore’s plan for future use of the tool throughout its business.
