General Questions

The Conference will be held virtually from 10th to 12th November 2021 virtually at https://cmsukconference.com. Once you register, you will be provided a username and password which you can use to sign into the conference lobby which will be live from 1st November 2021. 

We have a variety of sponsorship opportunities ranging from headline sponsor who receive full pre and post conference marketing to advertisement only packages which highlight your brand during the conference. You can find full list of packages at: https://cmsukconference.com/become-a-sponsor/

By 1 September, we will send you a reminder with the final programme so you can update your calendar with your must attend sessions. 

We are hosting the event on an exciting new platform so yes please, you will need to register again. 

The Conference Virtual Lobby will be live from the 1st of November 2021 so you can access the networking areas as well as interact with the sponsors and other delegates. The sessions will be live between 10-12 November as per the schedule to be published by 1st September 2021. 

During the conference

You will need to purchase or upgrade to an access pass to watch one or both of the sessions after the event. 

Most of the delegates for the previous Virtual Conference preferred not to receive reminders for individual sessions so this option has been withdrawn. However, we will send you regular updates through our newsletter and reminders before the Conference starts, just not before each individual session. 

Where presenters have provided these or other other resources we will make them available alongside their talk. 

Session Recordings

If you purchase a Live Only registration ticket, you will be able to access the conference videos only when they are streamed live during the conference. To watch sessions after the event please purchase or upgrade to an access pass which will give you access to the recordings for 6 months. 

The recordings will be available from the day after the Conference. 

The sessions will only be available through the Summit website. 

Get Involved

Some of our speakers will be taking part in our networking on the site and engaging on social media during the event.  Some of the speakers will also respond to the queries through the live chat on the session pages during the session.

There are multiple levels of networking offered via the Conference website.

  1. Commenting on the live streams – All registered delegates will be able to comment and interact during the live streams.
  2. All Delegate List – VIP members will have access to the All Delegate List where they can reach out to and send friend requests (much like Facebook) to other delegates.
  3. Private messaging – Delegates can send private messages to their ‘friends’
  4. CMSUK Conference Group – A private group (similar to a Facebook group) is available for all delegates to interact with other group members. All speakers will be invited to be members of this group. So it offers an opportunity for delegates to interact directly with speakers and organisers.
